For me, its the ability to choose. You open up a lot more options when you have the ability to choose to use CCS or NACS. As @Oldsmobile_Mike mentioned, YMMV: on my normal road trip path there are a lot more CCS than NACS.
I agree with you that NACS is much better than CCS, but I like having...
Check out the Adventure High Tech StowNCharge. They are a site sponsor and make a great product. I've had it on both of my Rivian's and it is a game changer.

The app allows you to select which vehicle you have and also which plug style you have. You can also find chargers along your route that are specific to your plug type, but it does NOT take into account range of your vehicle and when you would need to stop.
Sounds like when they have performed the alignment they were not properly clocking your steering wheel. So your wheels are aligned with each other, but not necessarily the steering wheel (which they ARE supposed to do). Maybe ask who ever does it to ensure they re-clock your steering wheel...
I agree, seems like a miss to have an aftermarket bumper that isnt winch capable. I feel like I've seen way more asks for a winch mount than a bumper that just looks cool.
Sounds like she wants the Dune color which is only available as a 2025 and is limited run. If that is actually what she wants you need to do it sooner rather than later.
I hauled our sunfish in the bed of the T with a T-bar hitch extender like Mike posted above. The sunfish is too wide to lay flat, so I had to prop it up at an angle and use pool noodles to protect it. I loaded it stern first so that most of the weight was in the bed. No pictures unfortunately.
It is definitely weird that you felt porpoising like that. I agree with you that your weight and levelness look spot on. Unfortunately I don't have any suggestions to fix that.
Your trailer doesn't have a hydraulic surge on the tongue, does it?
Great write up! I'm sorry your first experience wasn't great.
Put it in pet mode. That is a great fix to keep the a/c going no matter where you are in relation to the car. It wont turn back off until you start driving.
Definitely agree with you here. Seems to be an easy "fix"
I'm coming...
Sorry to see a fellow central NC owner leave. I hear you on your concerns, but at least we now have a service center in Knightdale, so it wouldn't be 2 hours to the service center.
It has to do with how well sealed the cabin is. Remember, our vehicles can ford a large depth of water and the doors need to be fully sealed for this. Has less to do with the size of the vehicle and more to do with how well sealed it is. My wife's tahoe (larger than R1S) is easier to shut the...
I'm guessing you mean charger?
Can you use your level 1 charger and just plug it in to the wall? Then you could just leave your charge set to 70% and not have to worry at all.
