This is all wild conjecture.
In my professional world often the process to invoice a job is to take the estimate and click "turn into invoice." Sometimes language for estimating that's just placeholder ends up on the invoice erroneously. We have no insights into how their process works or how...
I got an EV9 earlier this year and dumped it for another R1S because the EV9 software was so infuriating to use. Add to this some other problems like 12V battery issues, random things stopping working, screens going black while driving and it was an easy call despite losing a few bucks.

They send you an ODB 2 adapter for Gen2. I have it and it’s a good design. I did swap out the enclosed MagSafe mount for below which I think is way cleaner. Used a usb-c female to female to connect to power.

I think the website redesign Rivian rolled out at the beginning of the summer was awesome. This latest update from last week is messy IMO - it’s easy to miss stuff like this!

According to the terms and conditions it will: "You may use your Referral Code for your own vehicle purchases and receive both Referrer and Referee Rewards for such purchases."
From my experience buying my second R1S -- you had to place the shop order, and then after the order is placed reach out to the sales team to apply it. It takes them about 3-4 days.
Terms on the website say: "Rewards will be granted within two (2) weeks of the Referee’s vehicle delivery, and the grant date and the first name of the Referee will be reflected in the Referrer’s Rivian account."
I have an R1T Storm Grey / Slate Sky build that I ordered on the first day that Slate Sky appeared in the shop. I'm in the process of buying a shop R1S and I have a really good and responsive Guide. I keep bugging him about my R1T order and all I get is that it's still scheduled to be produced...
As a SoCal driver I can't speak to snow, but I can speak to ride quality. The 22"s will give you a sportier, firmer, more nimble ride. If you're coming from a crossover or a sedan, these are probably the ones that will feel "right". If you're already driving a big SUV or a truck, the 20s will...
I’ve got one 21” Wheel/Tire with 4,200 available as a spare!
It has no damage and is in perfect serviceable condition.
It also includes a center cap, as well as the aero insert. The areo inserts were removed on delivery, so they are in flawless condition — and the rims have no scratching...
