Hi all, after a few days of Apple Music I'm coming around to some questions (but 100% thrilled to have it!).
I have an extensive library, over 10,000 songs, and my library goes back to 2006 when it was all local files, and also includes the iTunes Match era. Because of this, my songs are in a...
I made this one-page PDF (attached) for myself, shared it on this forum a long time ago but maybe worth a re-share in this thread. I experienced all the things mentioned above, and mostly could never remember what the buttons/actions were without looking up the manual.
I printed/laminated a...
I'm in the same boat as you, I just replaced my 21's at about 25,000 miles with another set of Pirellis. Sometime before they are due to be replaced again I might switch to 20's, but will probably keep the 21's around for longer road trips. The big deterrent for me before about this was that...
Our family owns a construction supply business and we subscribe to Dodge, a project tracking service. I was scanning through Dodge today, and saw this, indicating that Rivian has a service center in the planning/bidding stages in Malvern, PA.
I made this Camp Speaker "cheat sheet" for myself and shared it a while ago on a different thread on this forum, people seemed to find it useful, so here it is again in case it helps you with using the speaker in the future. Good luck!
Yep, I drove east on the PA Turnpike last weekend past the Valley Forge exit and you can see the Lucid facility just a little past that on the right. And wondered the same thing - if Lucid can do it, why can't Rivian do it.
And then two days later drove 5 hours round trip to deliver my R1T to...
When I press-and-hold the widget, it brings up a screen with an option to "Edit Widget" - when I click through to this, it prompts me to choose a vehicle, but I only have one ?. Maybe you'll see something different?
Hi, maybe I'm the only one who doesn't find the Camp Speaker controls very intuitive, but if there are more of you out there, I made this little one-page cheat sheet for myself so that I don't have to keep opening the manual and scrolling to pages 220 - 226 (where I also find the sequence of...
Yep, we were in Normal in September (my wife's parents live there) and they had EDVs stacked up as far as the eye could see, including in places that didn't seem like they were meant for storing inventory, i.e. not just the main surface lots.
I agree that 1) this would be *fantastic* and 2) this will never happen.
I work 3 blocks from here, live 10 blocks from here, and yep, it would be great if Rivian and others like them thought about locating near train stations when planning service centers.
Twice I needed some body work done...
I had this yesterday, but it was while I was on the road in a snowstorm/10-degree weather. I couldn't get the door to open from the fender sensor, but it opened from the center screen. This happened to me twice at DCFC stations.
When I got home (storm was over and slightly warmer temps) it...
On my return trip from VT to PA, the same behavior occurred. I'm going to contact Rivian today, but thought I'd share this update in case anyone's interested or in case others observe similar behavior.
No preconditioning before fast-charging stop #1. Charging there did actually go fine, but...
I didn't, didn't really put 2+2 together until after the first stop, and then didn't think of what you're suggesting before the second.
I honestly didn't feel like charge rate was affected though - but I also didn't "feel" the typical preconditioning activity, especially the ramp-up I often...
I'm observing something unusual with fast-charge preconditioning following the latest update.
I was driving from PA to VT yesterday with two fast-charging stops planned. With both of them, my R1T did not precondition the battery before arrival, and then after both charging sessions, as I was...
Where are you traveling to from SE Pennsylvania? I'll assume New England ski country, if I'm wrong about that you can mostly disregard...
I'm in Lancaster and drove my R1T for two ski trips to Vermont last winter, and am about to leave for a similar trip this weekend and again in three weeks...
