I guess some here have never driven a manual car and used engine break/ downshifted. Break lights don’t light up.
The rest of the world has been okay with this for decades…
Maybe increase your safety distance between your vehicle and the one ahead of you.

I have a slightly different opinion than most here but I’m afraid I’m coming to the same conclusion than the majority.
Our R1S had issues at delivery, mainly cosmetic but enough to worry about safety; after all, they could have forgotten more important parts than trim pieces. I wanted to return...
I had a similar issue using easy entry when the steering would retract or come out.
It even prevented the steering wheel to go high enough for me to be able to see most of the “instrument cluster”.
Got fixed by service. Hasn’t come back yet.
So they fixed the tailgate. I think they need a new cast/press for those.
Added the missing part.
Told me that the rest of the trim issues were within factory tolerance.
The rest was under engineering review.
Service guy was nice but could not walk me through what had been done.
He also...
I have a similar laundry list plus windshield fluid tank missing or broken, missing trim inside rear door panel, etc
Currently in the shop, I hope all gets fixed.

Agree on steering. No matter what, it’s a bit vague and reminiscent of old school 4x4s.
You may not love the suspension or handling if you have issues with the above points.
I’m only 6’2 but I have a hard...
Had this on my 911. Took me a lot of work to remove all the parts after ripping the creature apart as it was so stuck/embedded in the radiator protection net.
Good luck.
