I previously used kerosene to dissolve Plastidip from the wheels on my F150 before I sold it. It took approximately 30 minutes per wheel. I’m assuming it’ll be the same with removing the Hyperrdip. Dip Your Car does sell a dip remover spray that I’m thinking about trying as I’m getting ready to...
Sounds like you have an issue. Not sure what to tell you. Maybe stop driving with two feet?
These are my rear brakes at 32k miles. Virtually zero wear anywhere...
I agree that blending braking is most likely the culprit.
I turned it on when it came out (last year?) in a software update. Months later I noticed a lot of brake dust as well. I heard others saying it might be the issue so I turned it off. I’m just n=1 here, but since then I’ve had zero brake...
Since no one ever writes then they don't have a problem, allow me to chime in that my R1T delivered in June 2022 is still on its original PTC. It's worked perfectly since delivery, sounds "fine", and is opened/closed a few times per week.
I was told by CS when I tried to activate a resold keycard (which had been turned into a ring) that they won’t activate keycards unless you buy from them. Shit policy.
Maybe they take pity on those that pay the higher price to buy a resold wristband.
Sorry to hear this. Hopefully they come up with a solution for you. I wasn’t a paying customer (they sent me mine for free to test) but mine does still work great a few months later. Sounds like a fluke in their manufacturing process. This could be a problem for them if it becomes common. It...

Agree 100% here. USB ports are always powered when the truck is “on”.
This is a warranty issue with your truck @schlosrat. Hopefully they can fix via mobile service.
I had a single DIN head unit in 2002 which allowed me to traverse my iPod music library. But time marches on. For better or for worse, streaming is the new iPod library (full of stolen music from Napster @ 96kbs). We’re not going back anytime soon.
We’re more likely to get tank turn than we are...
Most (all?) of those installs for 11.2 and 11.3 are people joining Electrifi for the first time. Look at the software tracker. There’s no listed previous version for these vehicles. This is a peculiarity of Electrifi’s data.
Rivian needs to get their customer service knowledge base figured out. I was told they could mail me a fully activated keycard for $70 (though by service, not CS).
