Hi all, I have a brand new in box but opened to check for dents, manual tonneau cover. I am located in Coquitlam BC Canada and would prefer local sale/pickup and if there is no local interest I will ship it out but it won't be cheap as it's big and relatively heavy. PRICE IS $1400CDN/$1000USD...

I have been asking for an update every month to follow up and two months ago I was told "good news, you are in 20th place in line" still waiting......

That sucks. I'm losing confidence in this company as every month goes by and they say oh it will ship out next month. Now to hear customer service is crap ?

I emailed them about 4 times now about my R1T rock sliders and they couldn't give me a specific date. Am I missing something? Can you or can you not provide a reasonable ETA? I understand the production problems but every time I've asked it has been "Another month" for 4 months straight now.

Yes I feel the exact same way. I ordered an electric one years ago and then they forced me to cancel it and now it sounds like they won't be able to retro fit one. It may not be 100% firm on retro fits but my guide made it sound like it's not an option on there plans.

Just wondering if any Canadian owners received their crossbars? I took delivery March 31 and was told by my guide that the cross bars would be shipped separately on top of waiting till summer to get the manual tonneau cover as they are still manufacturing them.

I recent checked my Rivian account and found out that my deposit was refunded and the price of my configuration was no longer the pre-order price. Did this happen to anyone else? I am going to reach out to Rivian and find out what's going on. I hope they are not screwing us Canadians over...

Just checked the update on my configuration and guess what? Postponed again! No surprise. Went from January/February to May/June. Seriously sick of this. Just come out and say we have no idea when you will get your rivian. Get four delays in a row is just poor operational management. -end rant.
