I was wondering the same thing, i reached out to Rago and they said it would only fit the R1t, when i asked if they had tried it on an r1s they said no. I gave them my info in case they decide to do any r1s development in the future or want to try to install it on a r1s. im just a few hours away...

Wind noise is definitely a concern, my goal is to get it mounted as far back as I can without interfering with the fin, and as low to the roof without touching. I'm surprised everyone likes black so much I thought the color match on the side rails looks unique. But black is easier and cheaper.
