That's not bad, not as good as an all terrain but not horrible. It does look better in this size vs a 34" tire though.
Dang, more decisions to make. I'm holding off until the update is live to see what it actually entails before I take the plunge on anything.
Mine is the same, keep driving it as this is normal. Mine will do a similar 2.1-2.2 mi/kwh in the summer but probably 1.8ish in the winter time. When it's cold like today at -4F when I went to work, I was down around 1.6-1.7.
Charging will heat up the battery naturally so you'll see better...
This. They can't just cancel it as the money was congressionally appropriated through legislation. This will go to court, a judge will say the memo is void, we'll carry on with life just like we've seen countless times in the past couple weeks lol.
275/60/20 is an OEM tire size now that the 21's are gone. The new base tire is the 275/60/20 while the AT package still gives you the 275/65/20.
If you read the text linked in the first post, they say that you'll be able to put Gen 2 wheels and tires onto a Gen 1. The issue before was never...
With the new tire size change update coming, I think this thread is going to seriously pick up fast with many, myself included, wanting to switch to the 275/60/20 tire size.
I'm currently between the Michelin MS2, the OEM Goodyear, and the BFG Trail Terrain TA. I haven't seen much discussion...
Yup, agreed with wheel base being too long in the truck but I do use the truck for truck things so it's neccessary for me to have it.
The cybertruck has many other negatives on my list before offroad ability even comes into play haha. Not sure it even cracks the top 10 negatives for me.
That statement is true regardless of vehicle and use condition.
I agree that the 15in gets you a lot but so do 35's and a 3.5" lift. The articulation that can only be had with a live axle at the front is also unparalleled. That said, driving a Wrangler across the country really sucks.
FWIW, just because it completed the trail doesn't mean the tires did so without repair or replacement in the process. Ditto to the fact that there was a good amount of body damage after the fact.
I had a Wrangler Rubicon before this that was pretty heavily modded for trail driving and I...
Wanted to comment more on this now that I've had more time to play with it. With Sound Check set to "on", the non-Atmos songs are very nerfed and quiet while the Atmos ones seem to be normal. When you disable Sound Check (set to "off") the non-Atmos songs are just as loud as the Atmos...
Agreed. I had issues with my truck reading my PaaK and fob so the service center did a true hard reset by disconnecting the battery for 24hrs and fully resetting all the modules in the truck. No number of soft resets was doing anything.
The time to learn about proper wiring and electrical code is before the fire trucks show up, not after.
If you're wiring up a home charger, there's very little reason to not just turn the thing down anyway. I have my Rivian wall charger set to 40A instead of 48A just for safety sake.
