You're scaring me. I have to drive 350 miles in conserve mode (Dallas to Austin) pretty much in one go and both front axles click.

I have submitted to Rivian but they haven't told me not to drive it.
So the sleep did it again. Cable 1 threw a different error (actually connected and then tried to initiate but failed). Cable 2 is working fine.
This is the last EA charger I am going to use. Will find a hotel on the way home to slow charge overnight.
Overall I would give the charging...
Okay, some real time updates. Tried the EA in Forth Worth today and all 350K chargers are out of order.
The 150K charger is giving me errors (both cables). So first I am putting it into sleep mode for 10 minutes before trying a hard reset.
The 350KW charger in Ennis, TX maxed out at 49KW. The 150K station next to it maxed out at 165KW.
So far on my trip all 350KW stations have been broken "off" or "Not Available" on the charger screen, or maxed at ~50KW.
No idea, Rivian support didn't ask me to do a hard reset. Also I am not sure if it was the sleep that fixed the problem since when it did work the stations where flipped into complimentary/free mode.
I will try another EA station in Dallas this weekend. I will also probably try and avoid the...
The saga continues (Ennis, TX) ... Thought I would try the 150K spots here and two of them are non operational.
One station shares a 150KW CCS and 50KW chademo, and the CCS charged at 165KW!
I will try one more EA charger this weekend on this trip.
Also, while I was waiting for a spot to open...
To answer some of the questions, a soft reset didn't work (left and right buttons). I didn't know about the hard reset, good to know.
Also to clarify EA said that the 350KW chargers work, and plugshare shows a Rivian success there too, but today (actually since May 23rd) the 350KW chargers are...
Three hours later and it works!!!!
Resetting didn't work, but turning off gear guard and walking away for 10 minutes did the trick.
EA did say this "known issue" is "random".
Adventure on!
So the Rivian guides/support has been great. I am back at the chargers since Rivian said to put the car to sleep for 5 minutes, but waiting for a spot to open up.
Here are the problem chargers.
I don't know the manufacturer, but I will find out. Also it looks like the 350kw chargers work but they are out of order today. The two closest north of Waco are also the problematic 150kw chargers (per EA).
I did call Rivian and they are currently investigating.
Looking at plugshare and charge point, there are no fast chargers within reach.
There are two 6kw chargers north of me, in Hillsboro.
Just a few miles away there was a Marriott with two 10kw Tesla destination chargers (and I have an adapter). The first did not work (no power to the charger)...
After EA root caused the issue to the manufacturer they didn't have any other EA stations within reach, and the two closest where also of the same manufacturer. That's when the supervisor said that all/most in Texas are from this manufacturer and they would keep me up to date of when they are...
The first customer service rep was not really wanting to escalate because "Rivians are known to work and other cars don't have a problem.". After I explained I am willing to stay and troubleshoot and help get logs to find a root cause they escalated.
At some point I started getting the...
Okay, an update. I was on the phone with EA and what I learned is that they use three different manufacturers and this manufacturer does not work with Rivian. They have created a case with the manufacturer to fix this ... story continues.
On my first long road trip and the EA station north of Waco is completely useless. All 350KW chargers are not turned on.
Two 150KW stations are also down. All other 6 chargers (150K) give charging errors ... Have been on the phone with EA for over an hour plugging unplugging installing apps...
I just got my General license last week and started to think the same. There is already a roof mounted stub antenna, could that be a good point to enter some coax by removing liner and modifying the antenna housing?
Formula One Pinnacle on the front sides and Air 90 on the windshield.
The sides feel okay to me, I think much of the heat is coming through the front windshield. Nothing scientific, just my feeling.
I highly recommend Sunbusters on N 183.
They have done several of my vehicles but when they did the Rivian I was not happy with the cut on the sides (they used a template), which is the first time I have had a problem.
They redid the two side windows without complaint. I was very happy that...
