Yeah but that's for bigger differences, like large truck platforms vs medium SUV. These platforms aren't that different. And it isn't 6vs5, it's the pattern spacing.

My guess is they went with this because it's a universally accepted format. Better for aftermarket customization as well as cheaper wheel choice options. A manufacturer making wheels overseas will have a easier time coming to the standard versus a custom standard like 5x5.5

Also, the platforms are technically completely different with one being a chassis/frame and the other one with a battery pack as a structure

TireRack and Discount Tire are now both showing 255/65R19 BFG KO3 as coming soon. Discount lists this tire as 3 peak mountain snowflake while Tire Rack says it is not. The BFG website doesn't even list this tire yet which would be the definitive source for 3PMSF rating.

While great tires off road tires, they are heavy (53 lbs) so prepare for a big range hit with them.

Getting the 20’s is the way to go. So much more selection. Prices should be better too. Why did they even make a 21?
