Forming a Lilac City/CdA Rivian Club

I know we have the Emerald City and the Idaho clubs to chose from but wondering if there is enough interest in forming one in the Spokane/CdA area.
I see at least 1 or 2 Rivians a day here so I know we should have enough to form a club.

I am interested as well. I am currently a member of ECRC, but having a group that is a little more focused on things to do east of the Cascades could be nice too.

Might be worth reaching out to ECRC for advice on how to get the ball rolling - they seem to have good operations and communications (website, Discord server, etc).

Are you on the ECRC discord? David and the mods (until we get a board in place) have been noodling over some ideas for facilitating activities across the State, and it would be good to chat if y'all want.

So looks like there is not much interest in forming a local club unless someone has an idea to get more eyes on a post.
I feel that being part of ECRC kinda defeats the purpose...I doubt anyone from here is going to drive to the West side for a dinner meet up. Sure, joining up for a rally would be worth it.

Hi. David here from ECRC. We’re definitely exploring “regional” groups for this reason. Having 1-2 folks run events and communications for a specific area. We try to have club-wide events all over, but like you said, it’s impractical to have people drive across the state for casual gatherings.
