Yeah, but, f*** not being comfortable in your vehicle. I'm not going to pay $65K and drive around in 100° weather with the AC off or set to 80° just to get another 10 miles of rangeOh damn I just realized this test was done when it was 98 degrees outside and they set the temperature to 68 degrees auto (22:32 mark)! Ok I feel better about this now actually. They used a ton of power on HVAC in this test.
I mean, sure, 68° is a touch on the cool side, but having to factor in every single little common use scenario for a granular data analysis is just tedious.
Is 200-250 miles (give or take whatever), between charges, given all the other positive attributes of the R2 - plenty enough to make the vehicle worth purchasing? Or is all this just mathsturbation to prop up not really ever being serious about an R2 ...
