Just picked up my R1S after having the HVAC condensation drain plug replaced (second time and hopefully last). Ralph, that used to do mobile service in this area, is the lead technician and it was handled very well. The service area is huge and they really have a great setup. Bonus is that I got to drive an R1T loaner for two days.

They now have two R2s to test drive. A white one and a Catalina cove.
