I have the same message. R1S owner since October 23, 40 miles from service/demo center, opted in for launch edition and placed reservation within 40 minutes on March 7, 2024.

We were there Tuesday afternoon and there was a new R1S in HMG in the parking lot ready for pickup.

White and I had the same trouble booking online but they seem to have open slots if you can go in person. We’ve been over there three times and it’s never been super busy. We’ve spent a lot of time in the HMG in the showroom.

We walked in to look at the one in the showroom and were able to book a demo drive the following day. The one in the showroom is half moon gray and what we will be ordering.

We drove to the demo/service center in Fishers Indiana yesterday and were able to check out the half moon gray they have on display and schedule a test drive for tomorrow. It was much easier to schedule a test drive in person than online. It wasn’t packed, just a steady flow of people. We spent...

No the communication was horrible but I’m not sure there were any parts involved. They did NOT replace the door. That’s what has me concerned about it reoccurring. The invoice is two pages long.

I took mine to the service center in Shepherdsville KY. They took it to a collision center that fixed the corrosion. Unfortunately the service center’s communication was lacking and I’m not sure how they repaired it. I know they didn’t replace the door. It looks like new but I am concerned that...
