R2 “Share your Preferences” survey

I have an R2 reservation. Received an email from Rivian, subject line ”Final steps before your R2 invite date”. It says that I need to “Complete the Share your Preferences survey”. I logged into my Rivian account but cannot find a link to that survey. Can someone please tell me how to access the survey? Thank you.

It’s listed under the “next steps” on your reservation page.

It’s just the question that asks if you are interested in the Launch Edition or not.

Thanks for the replies. There is no “next steps” link on my R2 reservation page. So I asked the Rivian Assistant website chatbot how to take the survey. It stated that, since I am in Canada, the survey is not yet available and I would be informed in the future when I could take the survey.

So that’s a minor screwup by Rivian, sending Canadian reservation holders an email saying they need to “complete” the survey. But it’s no big deal, I was expecting that shipments to Canada would start months if not a year after American shipments start, and I don’t want the Launch Edition or the Performance, I prefer the Premium.

Here’s what the Rivian Assistant said:

Since you're in Canada, here's what you need to know: R2 order invitations and the "Share your Preferences" survey are currently rolling out to US reservation holders first. For Canadian customers, Rivian will keep you updated in your Rivian Account as we get closer to the start of deliveries in 2027.

Right now, you can visualize paint and wheel options and learn about the R2 trims on rivian.com/r2, but the survey and order invitation links aren't available yet for Canadian reservations. You'll receive a notification in your account and by email when it's your turn to take the next steps.
