There’s a matte wrapped Launch Green R1T that lives not too far from me. It just looks like matte green. Doesn’t change the tone much from my Launch Green R1T with the normal clear wrap. If we park next to each other, the colors are very similar.

Launch Green is the best color, but I’m biased…

My wife and I are thinking of selling our R1T (Gen1) and just use this.

Does Rivian give a "repeat" customer discount and if so, how much?

That really stinks. We have had our R1T for over 3 years and has been an amazing vehicle (well, after the inital 3 weeks it was in the shop when we first got it). I would think that at least with the R1T - Gen1 owners they would reward us a little.


Another question: SInce the R2 doesn't use airbags for the ride (per se) and go the more traditional route of springs.....how's the ride?

It actually rides really good and has alot of room on the inside (I'm 6'5).

What is your VIN range? Is it in the thousands yet?

Neema will do a great job on the PPF and the ceramic coat, he did my Artura last September.
