Took my truck in this morning to the location in Exton for a complementary tire rotation. Unlike some of the other tire shops in the area, this store is clean and comfortable, everyone from the service writer to the tech who did the rotation were friendly, professional & very Rivian-savvy. I offered my jack pucks but they already had a set. The whole visit took less than 30 minutes. Could not recommend this location any more highly!!

Nice to hear that they had the pucks and were comfortable with the Rivian. I've trained my local place (CJ's Tire & Automotive in Lititz) how to work on them and I know they do at least one other.

I've been frequenting them for the last few months now, bought coverage on the 4 Toyo's I had just bought, not from them. Gone in for TPMS issues, balancing issues, and rotations. Definitely recommend them, but they seem hurting for business. Was there Monday at 8am and they had no other appointments that day. Good group of guys though, chatted with most of them, they definitely have some room to learn about Rivians, they know how to lift them but had no idea there was a full size spare, nor how to access it.

Apparently corporate just said they can't lift Rivians with standard jacks now, and can only use high lift jacks, and Exton only has 2 so far, so they can't do 4 tire rotations at the moment. Hopefully they figure that out in the next few weeks, there was another Rivian there with me, they took a picture of the 2 of them together and sent it to corporate to nudge them.

I had new tires put on my Avalanche recently by CJ's. They successfully FAILED to properly replace all four of my hub covers. For whatever reason, they have a specific retaining tab orientation and if not installed/aligned properly they will fall off on a hard tire hit like a pothole. It's the same as used on millions of Tahoes, Suburbans, etc. so how could they NOT do it right?

When my Rivian is due for tires, I guess I will have to train my local CJ's, or maybe drive south to Lititz and ask for your crew!

I drive by there several times a month and I noticed the building 2 weeks ago. I'll get a quote from them when I need tires.

The manager let me be in the bay when they did my first rotation and state inspection because he admitted that they hadn't had one in before. Now when I come in he personally goes out to supervise and make sure his new guys are comfortable and know what to do. I suppose it's possible that I'm missing a puck tab (or more) because I haven't gone under to check!

The tire tech (Jeff) told me that Rivian’s were probably the second most popular brand he sees at that location.

I’ve used DT a few times and have been pleased with their service and the care they take. Plus I like their tire hazard certificates which I bought for my OEM tires. They really have earned my business. They still don’t do alignments, though. Interestingly, they said they won’t put a Rivian on their lifts but only use floor jacks on Rivians.

When I was at the Exton one Monday they said they were pushing to learn more about Rivians and be able to do alignments, but I'm not holding my breath for anytime soon.
