App shows 'Charging at 0.0 kW' when it's charging

Not sure if this is a new issue, but I just noticed at work that the app seems confused about my charging session. On the lock screen it shows the correct info:

But in the Energy section, it shows 'Charging at 0.0kW':

For the record, it's charging properly as I plugged it in at 32% and it's now up to 38%. The app just seems to be confused. I'm on v3.6.0 of the app (updated 6 days ago), and v2025.38.0 for the vehicle software.

Same here, just happened to me, first charge after the .38.0 update. About 10 minutes after I started the charge, I received a message that charging had stopped @ 50% (70% is my set limit), and the charging speed tile shows it stopped at 60%. The vehicle is still charging but, the app is reporting its charging while also reporting it stopped charging and is at 0.0kW charging speed . I have also noticed the time is off by 1 hour in the app (started charging at 8:03, not 9:03). Halloween mode also does not work for me

Also, I charged to 75% and got in the vehicle this morning and it was 76%

Same here. Also, couldn’t change charging limit from 80% to 70%

I've seen that happen recently too. Not sure if it started with the newest update or previous one, but it didn't happen before.
