Maybe the OP should reach out to Tony Robbins to see how he is dealing with the headaches of owning one of these.

This has been the best suggestion so far. I know I’d watch a video of this thing getting the Whistlin Diesel treatment. He could probably make some of that back doing YouTube videos. I'd be curious to know what the crazy body mods are made out of? Metal? Or Bondo? Bang on it with a hammer and see.
After all, look how much money Whistlin' Diesel has made destroying things.![]()
I think that's the best approach.During my second visit, their approach shifted. They grouped up—standing together as store-level employees often do when they want to create a united front—essentially pressuring me to leave the store with the problem still unresolved.
No the problem was solved. Someone with a childish and entitled attitude left the store. Seems like everything worked as it should.essentially pressuring me to leave the store with the problem still unresolved.
I asked the Costa Mesa and Lake Forest service centers about RJ. They say they can't get in touch with him. If anyone has his email please share, I DM his instagram. They said is he lives in Dana Point.Make a road trip to the mothership in Illinois. Must have better service there....
Or go right to the top with an email to RJ.

The only update now is my mechanic is going to talk to his friend to see if he can finish the ride height calibration. He said Lake Forest service center refused, all the certified 3rd party shops refused. And Lake Forest provided those 3rd party certified shops, but in reality, they want me to go away. They set this precedent that anyone who does even minor mods, like new rims, they won't work on your car.
Dumbest thing ever. Troll encouraging a troll.Make a road trip to the mothership in Illinois. Must have better service there....

I couldn't think of a more apples-and-oranges comparison. New rims, assuming factory dimensions, will function within design parameters. Completely changing the suspension components means Rivian cannot know how your truck will function. I'm wary of any mod that requires welding and complete replacement of stock factory mechanicals, which is what happened to yours.I asked the Costa Mesa and Lake Forest service centers about RJ.
