One of the best interviews I have seen to date! RJ is truly en enthusiast first and speaks so eloquently and direct. Keep doing what he is doing and everything else will play out appropriately in the long term.

Its long but well worth it if you're interested in how RJ and Rivian thinks about the business, the industry and their own vehicles.

The video is, especially if you're an engineer, entertaining more than insightful. Its a really good highlight of who RJ is.

This is a well done interview. I got a little excited about RJ mentioning a Rivian hypercar. It would probably be out of my budget but I’d certainly want one.

Great interview/podcast. You can really see the car enthusiast within RJ come out.

Makes me more excited in what they have planned for R3/R3X.

I found it really interesting listening to RJ talk about the intricacies of building vehicles (like considering that anything you put in it could, at some point, become a projectile). But…for the love of God…would the 3 guys doing the interview just STFU?!?!? Let one person drive the conversation, and maybe stop, turn to the other guy and say “you have any thoughts on this?”, instead of just everyone talking at the same time.

It reminded me of a radio show in DC called “The Sports Junkies”, where it was 4 guys, and they’d constantly talk over each other. They’d give me a headache trying to understand WTF they were talking about.

I was thinking the same thing. Not only is it rude to the guest but it's also hard for the viewers to follow a disjointed conversation. I feel like most of the social gatherings are like that these days. Growing up, I would be fascinated by the conversations my dad had with his friends. Most of them were very highly educated.

RJ is smart confident without bluster or ego and a fresh take on an Automaker CEO. No blame, no whining, just takes on problems and instills processes to adapt the changing landscapes over time.

And his "other" car is a VR6 VW....

Can’t stand Demuro. Very shocked he has the followers he does.
