My sentiments exactly! One of the best interviews I have seen to date! RJ is truly en enthusiast first and speaks so eloquently and direct. Keep doing what he is doing and everything else will play out appropriately in the long term.
I would love to see Rivian do that at some point. The power and handling is certainly there. This is a well done interview. I got a little excited about RJ mentioning a Rivian hypercar. It would probably be out of my budget but I’d certainly want one.
I was thinking the same thing. Not only is it rude to the guest but it's also hard for the viewers to follow a disjointed conversation. I feel like most of the social gatherings are like that these days. Growing up, I would be fascinated by the conversations my dad had with his friends. Most of them were very highly educated.I found it really interesting listening to RJ talk about the intricacies of building vehicles (like considering that anything you put in it could, at some point, become a projectile). But…for the love of God…would the 3 guys doing the interview just STFU?!?!? Let one person drive the conversation, and maybe stop, turn to the other guy and say “you have any thoughts on this?”, instead of just everyone talking at the same time.
It reminded me of a radio show in DC called “The Sports Junkies”, where it was 4 guys, and they’d constantly talk over each other. They’d give me a headache trying to understand WTF they were talking about.
Can’t stand Demuro. Very shocked he has the followers he does.I found it really interesting listening to RJ talk about the intricacies of building vehicles (like considering that anything you put in it could, at some point, become a projectile). just like my 2007 Eos!RJ is smart confident without bluster or ego and a fresh take on an Automaker CEO. No blame, no whining, just takes on problems and instills processes to adapt the changing landscapes over time.
And his "other" car is a VR6 VW....
