Oh sorry for the confusion...applying windshield tint on the inside has been difficult. Windshield protection film on the outside is easier. As a matter of fact I've already tested several but didn't like them, but I am testing another one next week (it's currently in transit). I am skeptical that I will like it but who knows...if it doesn't distort and doesn't seem to scratch from the wipers, I will eventually release it.IF you were to do one I’m more interested in the UV/heat protection than rock protection. This means it could be applied on the inside. I had my Audi professionally done on the inside. The problem, i.e., liability, you may face is now you have people applying liquids inside the cab where there are electronics. In fact I know on my Audi the installer had to put a dam between the dash and windshield to keep water out.
