Rivian Care warranty pricing? Details inside

Folks who were invited for the Rivian care pilot program in Texas, can you share the pricing?

I'm nearing my warranty period and would like to get this before i run out.

Not sure if this went out to everyone but I got this email from assurant. See attached for items covered in each plan. I’m at 3000 miles and thinking of getting vehicle service contract, was quoted $2500 for 72months/6 years. Also, this contract is transferable if you sell your vehicle.

I spoke with Rivian customer service to get added to the pilot. They said they can't and it's invite only for now but took my info and added me to the "interested" list.

Yes, some folks in here said that they are good in reimbursement with their teslas. It will be awhile to see any Rivian's owner reviews. Since the purpose of this is how good the company is for paying, I would feel more comfortable with them than Assurance.

At the beginning of this year, I knew that my 60K mile warranty would run out. After seeing how expensive repairs could be, I decided to look into an extended warranty. Rivian hasn't offered it to everyone yet, just a select few in TX. In March, I purchased an EW with xcelerateauto. I had 55K miles on it at the time and decided to go with the $0 deductible, 6 year, 100K mile EW pushing it to 155K miles. My price was $7,967. You can play with the numbers on their website with different terms to choose from.

In April, my R1T went in for service at 57K miles for a comprehensive inspection and some other scheduled maintenance. They ended up replacing 3 dampers and jounce lines, some control modules, and a power tonneau cover replacement. I asked how much it would cost to replace just one damper and jounce line if it were out of warranty and the serviced advisor said it would be about $6K! Well over $20K would have been spent on that visit if it weren't under warranty.

I crossed over 60K right before Memorial Day Weekend and am now at 62K. I have peace of mind that when the fourth damper needs to be replaced, it won't be out of pocket.

thank you. I think I will go with them as well. My r1s has been great for 40K miles so far and we have no plan of selling it.

***EDIT*** My initial pricing was wrong because I did not hit continue on the quote.
I thought the pricing was bundled for the service and protection, but it was not. New images uploaded.

I have a 2025 R1S Tri with less than 5k miles.

Vehicle protection can start at 2 years where the service contract starts at 5.

Protection begins immediately as stated above.

Vehicle service kicks in after vehicle warranty.
