Check out Leasehackr. Stuff pops up there, like my Equinox EV. The deals for mine aren’t there now(Conquest, Costco) but by prepaying the lease my total cost out the door was $4822 for 24 months. I believe November/December was a particularly good time to get one on the cheap. You should be in pretty good shape to get one by then...I'm actually looking for a "bridge EV" to get me by until the R2 is available. My twins are high school seniors and are going to take my two ICE vehicles (a Highlander and an Outback) to school with them in the fall, leaving me without wheels (the R1S is clearly my wife's). I reached out to our local VW dealer about the $149/month 2-year lease on the ID.4 Standard but there's no inventory available. She did tell me that she could put me in an ID.4 Pro S for about $400/month with a 3-year lease, but I'm an optimistic guy and hope that the R2 is available in 2026. I may just buy a used EV to get me by.
