Garage Opener Troubleshooting

Hoping there’s an easy fix here. I have two garage doors programmed to my Rivian. Both can be opened and closed via the center screen. Both are at the same physical location.

However only the first one shows up on my driver display. I believe I should be able to scroll from one door to the other via the right thumb wheel, but there’s no arrow visible and scrolling has no effect.

How do I enable the steering wheel scroll capability?

Try removing the location based option for that particular door and then re add it back. This has happened to me a few times and that has always fixed the issue.

Location has to be set per door.

My garage door button on the driver screen is not popping up when I approach my garage like it did before. This happened after the software update I installed on 8/14/24. Any ideas how to get that back? Both garage doors are still there when I press the buttons on the center screen but they no longer automatically pop up for me to just use the thumb wheel when I approach my garage. Any tips are greatly appreciated!

I was able to figure it out. I did as someone said above and went in and turned off location based prompts and then turned them back on for each garage door and it worked.

mine won't open the door since the update. Haven't had time to troubleshoot just yet. ??‍
