I just want to give a shot out to @EV Sportline. Their customer service is one of the best I have seen in the aftermarket community.

they respond pretty rapidly via forum Direct messages and go out there way to make any wrongs right. I am forever a returning customer.

TSportline/EVSportline @EV Sportline do have good CS. I purchased wheels/tires from them for a Tesla. I had a lot of balance issues with them and they worked with me to make the situation right and covered the cost of re-balancing.

Having good customer service is extremely important which is why I like to support vendors that do.

ditto. they've been timely with responses and trying to help after purchase. when i had an issue with something they immediately issued a warranty replacement. top notch customer support. highly recommend.

You know what: I gotta say these guys are pretty terrible...

... Terrible insofar as they need to stop making such desirable things for my truck. It results in me spending money I don't need to spend (BUT REALLY REALLY WANT TO...)!!

I think as far as aftermarket goes, EV Sportline gets the 'record' for 'most money spent on my truck that wasn't the truck itself.' by an order of magnitude!!

I got a roof sunshade for my R1S which doesn’t fit. I was told technician will contact me when i sent email to support, but haven’t heard from them. As of now my experience is terrible. Any call to support goes to voice mail and haven't received support for last 2 weeks.
