I got the invite to attend the event in Huntington Beach on Friday and might cruise down to
check it out if I'm not busy, but I got a pretty good look at it at another event a few months back. Granted it's the Euro Spec model:

That's what I just told the wife, and she's even MORE opposed to the camper van than just the van. I can't complain too much though because she's letting me trade her Audi in for an i4 M50 next year so.

For A lot of people the VW van is nostalgic. And the design of this one hints at the look of the classic version, so lots of excitement over it being new and electric. Otherwise you are correct, it’s basically just a van LOL

It is an EV minivan. It's a great vehicle for a lot of people. Especially families who realize they don't need a vehicle that can rock crawl.

Saw this thing back in 2017 at the Concor d’elegance in Pebble Beach. It was quite cool then I still think it’s cool now. Hope they get it out.

It’s the single vehicle that my wife is actually excited about, and she hates minivans. I’m excited because she is.
