Question... no "Controls" on my Rivian App

Hello,
I couldn't find my answer on the forums; please help if you know the answer. My car is on 31.5 and I have the latest Rivian App but I don't see the "Controls" on my app. What could that be?

Do I need to delete the phone app and reload because I don't see a "refresh"?

I'd try to Sign out and back in at the very least. App version on my android that is the latest says Version 1.6.0 under Manage Account

Confirm you do have the latest app... Then log out, force-close, re-open, and log back in.

If that doesn't work, then I got nothing.

I lost controls in the app about 36 hours after delivery. The only option I have is to turn on climate

Confirm you do have the latest app... Then log out, force-close, re-open, and log back in.

If that doesn't work, then I got nothing.

You might try a soft reboot on the vehicle (hold outermost left buttons on both sides of the steering wheel controls).

Version 1.6.0... thanks. I also looked at my wife's phone which downloaded the app just last week. She doesn't have it either. Therefore, I'll do a soft reboot once I get my car back. Thanks again.
