Thanks James. That helps. Now to see if I can find it on Amazon. That's the same size bottle that I'm trying to keep from rolling around. Much appreciated.

Yeti 18oz Rambler Hotshot fits in door and cupholder.
https://www.yeti.com/21071501151.html

Yeti website says if it is cupholder compatible or not.

I have the 18oz Rambler bottle with chug cap and while it fits in the cupholder, the handle at the top makes it too tall for the door.

Without the top it fits.

These pictures illustrate everything I hate about door pockets. Anything I put in there slides around and scratches up the plastic. If I put smaller water bottles in there, they fall over because of the flexible material. I've given up on using them for drinks.

The original post specifically mentioned the door pocket. The maximum amount of a cylindrical water bottle in the nominal space of 2.5" diameter x 9.5" high, not including the cap would be 24.85 oz. I don't think @CommodoreAmiga should expect much more than the 21oz. suggested by @Christopher.

An alternate suggestion is to take a Camelback, hang it off the back of the driver's seat, and just use the Camelback's straw. Plenty of hydration that way!

I've given up on using anything that slides around in there. Now it just holds an umbrella. Put my sidearm there and it scratched up the plastic in one day. Previous vehicle of 4 years had no scratches.

yeah I’m going to put some generic PPF or something in there but not really sure what they were thinking. It’s like an old school map pocket for a world where few people really uses paper maps anymore.

Maybe Rivian could sell a bag that fits perfectly inside the pocket (like the first aid kit they sell) and then we could use that to throw all our junk that would typically go in the center console since it's much smaller than consoles in other trucks.

Or maybe I'll just put a bunch of paper maps in there to use since their current navigation is terrible. :CWL:
