Not to nit pick, but this guy freely admits he’s never driven it, just walked around it, and knows nothing about the technology that’s installed in the van. Kinda an odd decision to make the video before getting a chance to actually drive it.

great to see some EDV content, but a little lacking in depth and details.

I get what you are saying, but if you look at cars in general, this is how the industry works. I mean the media does it all of the time, they comment on likes, dislikes, etc long before they have ever gotten into the vehicle and then usually do a 2nd review once they have. So in that sense, I don't see what this guy is doing as any different - he basically saw it at the "car show". Hopefully he keeps doing reviews on it once he is driving it daily.

The big benefit of his as a review is that this guy is going to be using this type of vehicle for work, 40+ hours a week in an out of it, so his opinions and concerns are even more valid than a regular driver that might be in their car 10-15 hours a week for commuting and the store. It reinforces that Rivian designed this with that type of driver in mind.

he does say its his first impression so i expect him to make several more after driving it.

some feedback i heard is that the vehicle clearance is a bit too low and bottoms out, scraps in certain conditions. he mentions it briefly as well.

and good luck with that wireless charger.
