In case anyone was interested in seeing what Storm Blue looks like in Xpel Stealth, here are pics of my R1 when I picked the truck up at Rivian, as it was getting wrapped, and afterwards. It's really weird, I am honestly still deciding and am not 100% sold on the color, but now have it. The color definitely shifts more so with the stealth film whether it is dark or light. Light brings out a greenish tint, and dark brings out a blue grey tint to the color.

I have 2 El Cap wrapped Matte….love them.

my Storm Blue I put a small piece of Matte on and didn’t like how much green it pulled out. To me, you lost the true beauty of Storm Blue. I wrapped this one clear.

Love the storm blue, not so much the stealth look on it.

Truthfully I don’t like storm blue as much as red canyon either factory or stealth. I still bought it simply because it’s the ascend exclusive color. I wish it was a more fun color. Range Rover has some great options, I wish the 112K dollar Rivian had a few more.

I did regular PPF and light tints, but Storm Blue isn't what I expected either. I like it, but my favorite is the LA Silver still to this day.

Not a fan of stealth, it's not bad looking, but not my favorite look.

Clear PPF on Storm Blue with Michelin Defender LTX M/S2 shoes.

My Opinion - Storm Blue is the most color changing paint to date based on lighting. Completely different color in direct sun vs shade. (I have 2 Glacier and 2 El Cap also).

These pics are prior to tint….I put 5% on all sides (even over factory) and 35% on the windshield.

Will send a pic tomorrow…didn’t take one post tint.

Yeah, for some reason it just doesn't work in matte for this color

Yes, you are suppose to put window film/tint over all the windows. The rear windows on SUV’s and crossovers do not come with tint in the sense we think of in aftermarket. It’s only a coloring that’s in the glass. That’s why it’s called privacy glass. It provides minimal to no heat reduction or UV protection. That’s why you should always tint all the windows.

I am with OP about not sure after wrapping it in Stealth. I think it might have been better in gloss. Whenever I PPF one of my cars, and not sure of how it will look in either stealth or gloss, I have them put down a test piece and then decide.

I was torn between stealth and gloss on my LA Silver. I had them do a quarter panel in gloss and knew I absolutely wanted to go that way. If my R1T was in El Cap, I would have gone stealth.

That Storm Blue is sort of an odd color in some ways.
