Huh. The frunk subfloor opens! I needed to use a toothpick to start prying, but it did open, and looks correct underneath.
Sadly, while the gear tunnel does have the floor, it doesn't even have a molded-in fake passthrough to the back seat.
Even more sadly, the spare tire well in the bed doesn't seem to open.
Oh, but the tires are proper Pirelli Scorpion A/Ts!
