Window tint in the PNW?

My friend [from Vegas] is trying to convince us that we should tint the windows, at least with a clear UV film. Living in Oregon, it's hard to imagine needing a tint.

What do y'all think?

I lived in Oregon for many years. I always tinted my front side windows to match the rears. It's one of the first things I do to every vehicle I buy. I never regretted it.

I tinted my R1T to protect the interior from fading and heat rejection. I 100% believe it's worth it

Front to match the back and ceramic on the front windshield. NIGHT AND DAY difference with the front, I can feel the heat come through without it now. I miss my tint.
