Window calibration app shows windows open

Anyone have had an issue with the app always showing the windows as open but it is actually closed? I think it started after the last app update. Now that the weather is actually getting hot I like to vent the windows but can't anymore as app thinks they are open. I've tried calibrating all the windows even though they all work fine with the switches but since there aren't any visual or auditory cues on if it actually did anything I'm not sure it calibrated. Trying to avoid an SC visit if it is something minor I can fix.

I'm unsure if it correlates with the last update or not, but I too have the perpetually "open window" issue despite recalibration attempts. My SC appointment is next week.

when you say that you calibrated... Are you referring to the actual calibration menu in the ride app?

The windows on Rivian and don't calibrate like a normal vehicle where you continue to hold upwards on the window switch after the window is closed

I was just doing what was in the manual holding the switch up or down at the first click for 10 seconds. I'll try the ride menu and see if I can run a calibration from there this afternoon.

Hopefully it helps! I may be telling you what you already know, but just Google instructions for getting into the ride menu. It feels naughty but there's nothing you can harm in there. You should find it under "calibration"

The same issue happened a few months back with my driver's side rear window; got a mobile tech coming out today to look at it. Calibration process did not resolve it for me.

Tech just left. He put the truck into service mode, ran a calibration test and the issue was resolved for me.
