What is this, and do I need it?

I was washing the new R1S today and noticed I was missing something on the passenger side. I assume it’s an air deflector of some type. Is it needed?

Oh, it’s not slowing me down. Just curious if it was even worth a note to rivian. Sounds to me like I’m better off removing the one on the driver side to even it out!

I’d put it on your SC fixit list, low priority. It might also help with rock chips.
