You won’t see those miles in conditions which merit actual winter tires vs all seasons.
if you mean snowy roads, I agree. But most of the miles I do on snow tires isn’t actually on snow of course.

No, I mean on winter tires, which are inherently softer and have more rolling resistance. Fuel economy(or range) is lessened, dry pavement or not. Also temperatures at which winter tires are useful impact efficiency.

That depends on the snow tire - Hakka and x-ice are LRR tires. My Hakka R3 don’t affect my current mpg.
