My tonneau recently developed a "bounce": it would close almost completely and then reverse and re-open or it would open partially and then reverse, etc. I've seen a few other posts mentioning similar issues. The truck went in for her 22,500 mile checkup yesterday and I mentioned the issue to the guy at the SC. I barely started describing the issue and he started nodding. "Yeah, that's a bug in the latest software update. The tonneau just needs to be recalibrated." So, problem identified and problem solved. If you're having similar issues, I hope this helps.
