Hello!
I have had my R1S since June and ever since a few months ago, my car will not show up on my Rivian.com account. The R1S icon is there, I click and it says something went wrong. I called the CS team, they said I don't have a vehicle assigned to my account despite having it on my mobile app, worked with my guide and everything. They say that since it's a third party purchase, it won't show up on my profile.
Is that something new?
