Third Party purchase, not showing on my Rivian account

Hello!

I have had my R1S since June and ever since a few months ago, my car will not show up on my Rivian.com account. The R1S icon is there, I click and it says something went wrong. I called the CS team, they said I don't have a vehicle assigned to my account despite having it on my mobile app, worked with my guide and everything. They say that since it's a third party purchase, it won't show up on my profile.

Is that something new?

I bought my R1T used several months ago and I believe it used to show. Now it’s just popping up an essentially page cannot be found type page. May just be a glitch? Would be curious what someone who purchased directly from Rivian is seeing.

Yeah same issue with mine. Glad its not only me.

Purchased 3rd party but my R1T still shows online after clicking on the logo.

This shouldn't be happening. Once ownership is transferred the vehicle should show up in your account the same way as if you had purchased from Rivian.

Could be a temporary issue with their system.

Did you have rivian transfer it from the seller to you? Whos name shows on the dash in the vehicle?
