On our first major trip in our Rivian quad from Santa Rosa California to the Grand Canyon we had difficulty accessing a Tesla charger. I had signed up for the 12.95 a month subscription fee. My wife then attempted to access the Tesla app and put in the data again. After six months I’ve now found out that Tesla was billing us twice a month. They tell me they can’t give us a refund because they never use Rivian VIN numbers to determine what vehicle they’re charging. The funny thing is that both monthly subscriptions were charged to my same Apple charge card .Beware.
