Steering wheel controls for infotainment

Hey all. The left and right toggles on my steering wheel (left side) don't change between favorite stations but instead basically acts as a scan button. It is super annoying. It does the same thing in the tune in app.

Are you all experiencing this?

This is annoying. This seems like a common sense feature to me and the manual even says it moves between favorites.

I have some issues with my steering wheel controls as well. Had set up a SC appt to have them look at it but ended up doing a hard reset on the truck for another issue and, bingo…the steering wheel control issue resolved and hasn’t returned.

Maybe try the hard reset?
