Walking to the lifts a couple of days ago, I passed this R1S with the snow socks. It was the second S I saw during the holidays! Thanks to the owner as this was a chance for me to walk around it and size It up. I was careful not to get too close BTW, respect to the new car shine! If this owner is on the forum - how did it perform in the snow? That day was a layer of new snow over an icy bed on that particular (Lakeview) inclined street. Our cayenne with those socks climbs that hill fine, but at a much lower weight. Also, they are a bit more elegant than the chains on my truck used that same day.
