Rivian Customer Service and Rivian Service Center question.

What happen if your truck doesn't work as is suppose to work and neither customer service or the service center wanted to help you to fix the problem, denying that the truck has a problem and offering you to purchase another one at your own expense.

The truck drives, but doesn't perform well (suspension super stiff) , in and out of the service center 3 times in 1 month and now for the next appointment I have to wait 3 weeks, and probably they will not do anything saying that it perform under their standards.

What would be my options here ?

Check into the lemon laws where you are. Most of them are based on the number of days the vehicle is out of commission within a specific window of time. If it qualifies you would typically get the option to sell it back to the manufacturer, get a replacement, or work out a deal for it to be repaired.

Inside my head, I really want them to fix it and be happy with my R1S.... I really like the truck and the brand.
But in the other hand, If they dismantle the whole suspension system, they will probably screw up many many other things.

That's understandable. I do recall a couple people here who went into that process, but still worked out something with Rivian because they don't want it to be deemed a "lemon". It's in their interest to work with you, but unfortunately they need to be pushed to do it. I'm sorry you have to deal with that at all
