BLUF: I ordered these from service center and never used. Brand new open box item.
Long story. I bought ev sportline rims, and when I purchased their rims they did not offer tpms sensors unless you bought their tire and rim package. I ordered tpms sensors from an online retailer. The tpms sensors did not automatically pick up the rivian like they were supposed to. Contacted reseller they said to contact manufacturer hamiton. Contacted hamiton and they sent me a tpms tool. Had to clone my old tpms sensors and then relearn. That didn't work so I bought 4 from Rivian. Hamiton contacted me back with a new relearn procedure and that worked. I didn't read the rivian contract carefully and parts sales are final. I was used to autoparts stores where if the part was new in box never opened them you could return. Whelp, my mistake is your gain, enjoy a $100 discount on new rivian tpms sensors. Sorry for grammar errors on my phone.
