How did you get lease numbers? Do you have to complete the application? My guide is not being helpful with this, and the lease numbers before applying (but while logged in) are way higher than when logged out.

Wow, after all is said and done that's almost a 0% loan...and hopefully in 2-3 years interest rates will be down and those who buy out the leases will do really well...at these prices the residuals start to make sense...

They are incorrect. You do not have to put any down payment. I am picking my R1S this Thursday, 0 down lease with the 7500 ev credit and 1k deposit deducted from the sale price of the R1S.

The dates on my lease contract were incorrect and they seem to demand you verify the odometer reading of the truck prior to delivery, which is, obviously, not possible.

No probs! It will be applied as a down payment only. I wanted cash for my trade in after the payoff amount and they couldn't do it so I sold it separately to get the cash back after payoff.

When I confirmed the order, in that calculator I put $0 down payment, the monthly pay is $766, and $1661 due at signing.

Now in the leasing calculator, I put $1 down payment (it doesn't allow 0 here), the monthly pay is $831.93, and $4463.54 due at signing. It's a huge difference with before. I have excellent credit score, so it should not be the reason made this difference.

The vehicle price here is $91300, it seems not correct as well. The vehicle after voucher is $76600. I understand lease will not use this price, but they are huge difference.

If add $1800 destination fee to due at signing at first calculator, $3461 due at signing, it's closer to $4463.54 due in second calculator. Then how about monthly pay? It is $66 higher monthly.

The 1,800 destination fee adds another $50 roughly a month. The second calculator was spot on for me its exactly what financing gave me.

Does your state charge tax on EVs? In NJ there is no EV tax and the calculator has been accurate for my friends who just leased.

Your $1661 + taxes should be = $4463.64 (Due at signing)

The voucher price should be what is used on a lease, just like with any other car brand the MSRP stays the same, the selling price (aka voucher price) is what you pay minus the difference of residual value (from msrp) and money factor.
