I couldn’t be more excited continuously hearing the master plan and how RJ overcoming all challenges.

You all must listen what RJ said.

@RJScaringe said R1 models target is 85k out of 150k normal plant capacity. Other capacity is for EDV. I don’t think Amazon able to get delivered if 65k EDV annually. So selling EDV to who? Is this the hints for other companies soon?

Tesla's Model X/S's architecture decision is not design for going places and putting the gears on the roof. R1 models have address these core issue and capture bigger market segment also attracting more new consumers

Great interview with RJ. A few takeaways:

- R2 will debut as a single model. In time it will develop into at least two very different variants.

- Rivian is looking at charging/charger partnerships. They are receiving government money for RAN, have 30 locations up and running and 200 in process.

- Rivian is looking for L2 or L3 "hardware constrained" self-driving. This benefits from vehicle miles which idenTify other vehicles, track driving choices, and feed it all into a machine learning database. Rivian is doing this. They expect to achieve L2/L3 in time with software and hardware improvements.
