I have a neighbor with a Cactus Grey Bronco and I feel the same way as you. I really don't like it.I literally just drove by a Limestone Rivian an hour ago in Sandy (SLC) Utah. It's rainy here today and I was in love with the color. I have Black on my order (white interior) but, after seeing Limestone in person, I've been thinking I'd switch from Black. Then I found this thread and I think you're all right that it changes according to the type of sun. It's definitely got a blue cast to it in the sunlight.
But in the low light of a rainy day, it's a really sexy putty grey.
I've been afraid of these colors mostly because the Ford Bronco (and Ranger) in Cactus Grey look hideous (IMHO). The Cactus Grey DEFINITELY has a sage green undertone which is not attractive.
Still trying to decide on whether to switch my interior to black from white because of the [apparent] delay with white interior.
(May/June 2022 delivery - but not holding my breath)
My partner still likes Limestone the best and thinks it's unique, but until I see it in person and change my mind, I'm sticking with FG because I've seen it in person and really liked it.
