I literally just drove by a Limestone Rivian an hour ago in Sandy (SLC) Utah. It's rainy here today and I was in love with the color. I have Black on my order (white interior) but, after seeing Limestone in person, I've been thinking I'd switch from Black. Then I found this thread and I think you're all right that it changes according to the type of sun. It's definitely got a blue cast to it in the sunlight.
But in the low light of a rainy day, it's a really sexy putty grey.

I've been afraid of these colors mostly because the Ford Bronco (and Ranger) in Cactus Grey look hideous (IMHO). The Cactus Grey DEFINITELY has a sage green undertone which is not attractive.

Still trying to decide on whether to switch my interior to black from white because of the [apparent] delay with white interior.
(May/June 2022 delivery - but not holding my breath)
I have a neighbor with a Cactus Grey Bronco and I feel the same way as you. I really don't like it.

My partner still likes Limestone the best and thinks it's unique, but until I see it in person and change my mind, I'm sticking with FG because I've seen it in person and really liked it.

...I own one and I'm not 100% sure. It's definitely not heavy blue (or green). It's pretty neutral.
You should fill in the survey, you’ll be the first limestone entered.

Done!

Here are a couple of pictures comparing to more common cars. Not as blue as the Subaru or as green as the Toyota.

These are helpful pictures, Thanks for posting. Much better than the Cactus Gray Bronco on my block. This looks ice.

I have been leaning toward Forest Green but my wife ( who will probably only drive the truck once in a while) is excited about Limestone. So I'm back to being configured to limestone but I'm not compromising on the black AT wheels. Those are mandatory no matter what color the body is!

Agreed, I went with 22" Sport Bright for the R1S but I think the Dark would look better. I definitely need to change my interior from OC to Black though. I'm just nervous it will mess up my delivery by changing anything but I'm not "due" until Oct-Dec 22 which means probably 23.
