I'm not sure if I'm relieved or slightly disappointed with the lack of commit to the bit. ?

@COdogman and @RWerksman, this was a weak attempt to capture what IMO is a rather lame teaser campaign.

By the time the first R2 actually rolls off the yet to be built GA plant line, the teaser campaign will have shifted into high gear and morphed into a frenzied BeeveR2 Hunt.

I agree the teasers haven’t been great, but they have prompted a bunch of speculation and discussion about what people want, don’t want, which is probably a gold mine for Rivian.

And also sparked some amazing snark about the speculation, which I am always here for!

I'm in the ad biz. Teasers don't need to be great. And greatness is subjective. What matters is increase in the chatter and site traffic/impressions the teasers generate. Then, the next thing that matters is whether the eventual reveal builds on that spike, or is shown to be a let-down.

And just by looking at action in this forum alone, it doesn't take a genius to say the teasers are doing their job.
