My phone takes 10-20 seconds or longer sometimes to wake up my car and let me in. If it's raining this is a problem. Proximity just doesn't work consistently. I have re booted the Car, app removed the key re installed it. After I do some of these things the proximity will work for a short time. after a few hours or overnight it will not work. I took the car into service sat there in Cleveland for 6 hrs they said it was my phone. Now the Key fob will not work. If I uninstall and reinstall it the fob will work like my phone for a short time. It will not lock or unlock the car unless I put it up to the door handle. Service center is over an hour away, this is very frustrating. Anyone else having these kind of issues. On the bright side Customer service for Rivian is outstanding they really do try and help.
