Just came here to post this. I'm pretty certain those trucks are parked just outside of the DOT building and are right behind Bluejacket brewery. For those not familiar, this is a block from the brick structure for sale that we have discussed in the other thread as a possible retail or service location (but consensus has been for some time that Rivian wound up not making the purchase).

I'm so glad I wasn't at the Navy Yard today because I probably would have missed this and been so mad.

I need to go downtown and explore but too bad we are redoing our whole house. Currently painting our bathroom Launch Green (not even joking ?).

Interesting. This quote too "Rivian said in its DMV application it also is in negotiations for a dealership in South Hill and is still searching for a spot in Northern Virginia, with an eye on Fairfax or Arlington. "

Hopefully opening in Richmond will be enough for us to get our First Mile rides in. I plan on trying to pick up my R1S in Normal and drive it back if possible... whenever that happens, seeing next Spring now on some of the other threads.
