R1T will no longer charge on CCS

My T was delivered last week with the "Fast Charging unavailable..." message showing. Great final QC...

It's at SC now and they are ordering a "Charge Port Door Latch".

Seems difficult to believe that this is causing the problem rather than the module as stated here previously.

Anyone had this part replaced before?

considering my R1S no longer has a charge port door yet fast charges like a charm I find this surprising.

Update:
The door was NOT the problem.

They keep the T for another few days.

So far I have had this truck in my possession for 4 hours, Detail Shop for 6 days, SC for 7 days with no end in sight...hrmmm.
