R1T - anyone pass a cable from the Cab into the pickup bed or through firewall?

Title says it all - curious if anyone has successfully passed a cable (power or coax) from the cab to the either the pickup bed or into the frunk. If so please share details.

Wasnt able to go through the firewall, but I was able to go through the pickup bed wall.

Tackled this today and got a wire through the firewall.
Poked a coat hanger through the top right grommet access. Used some silicone spray on the wire and out it came on the other side.

This was part of my Comms project. I have a small fuse block behind rear seats powering GMRS and WeBoost
